We have a team of over 180 people—staff, volunteers, and trustees—all working together to support those living with mental health challenges across Brent, Kensington and Chelsea, Wandsworth, and Westminster.

Our strength lies in the diversity of our people and the incredible range of work they do. From those delivering vital services directly to those in need, to the teams providing essential support behind the scenes, every person plays a unique and invaluable role in our mission.

We’re proud to have a variety of teams working across different areas—from adult services to children and young people’s programmes, including clinical care, peer support, and self-help. Each team brings their own expertise, ensuring we can offer the right help to the right people at the right time.

What unites us is a shared dedication to ensuring everyone has access to the mental health support they need, when they need it.

With 63% of our services dedicated to clinical care, the incredible work we deliver wouldn’t be possible without the support of our central services team, including finance, HR, and operations. Their expertise ensures we remain effective, efficient, and focused on what matters most—helping our communities thrive.

Together, we deliver innovative and effective mental health services, built on over four decades of experience and a deep dedication to our communities. This new chapter as West Central London Mind strengthens our ability to make a lasting impact for even more people.
